Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

• Tourist visa processing (30, and 60-day visas)
• Desert safari packages (with or without pickup/drop-off, safari, or quad biking)
• City tours, adventure activities, and customized travel itineraries

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on season and demand.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian
• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws

We reserve the right to reject or cancel bookings if false information is provided or in case of suspected misuse.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized agents.
• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
• We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online gateways.
• Prices are in AED unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
• Note: Some services (like visa processing) are non-refundable once initiated.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by the Customer: Must be made in writing at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled activity. Refunds, if any, will be processed per the specific service’s cancellation terms.
• Cancellations by Us: In case of weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or refund the service.
• No Shows: No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Quad bikes and private add-ons are non-refundable once reserved.

5. Visa Services

• All visa applications are subject to approval by the UAE immigration authorities.
• We do not guarantee approval and are not liable for delays or rejections.
• Once submitted, visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
• You are solely responsible for complying with visa duration and exit rules.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We act only as an agent for the providers of activities, transport, food, and third-party services.
• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or accident arising from third-party services.
• Participation in desert activities (e.g., dune bashing, quad biking) is at your own risk. Medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during tours.

We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit or intoxicated without a refund.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Follow all safety instructions and local regulations during tours
• Treat staff and other guests respectfully
• Not engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior
• Provide accurate contact information for communication

We reserve the right to remove or ban customers violating these terms without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, branding, and images — is the property of Total Support Travel and Holiday and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

You irrevocably agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be determined by final and binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, UAE, in the English language.

By accepting these Terms, you waive your right to initiate or participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
